Lindmans Raspberry Lambic
Lindemans Framboise is a classic Belgian fruit lambic, known for its deep raspberry color, sweet-tart flavor, and low ABV (around 2.5%). It's made by adding raspberry juice to traditional lambic beer, resulting in a unique balance of fruity sweetness and underlying sourness from wild yeasts, often served chilled in a flute for sipping or pairing with desserts and even oysters. Excellent with chocolate, ice cream, fresh berries, or even oysters and caviar. Can be blended into cocktails or used to top stouts.
Rochfort Trappists 8
A complex, dark Belgian Trappist Strong Ale (9.2% ABV) from the Trappistes Rochefort Abbey in Belgium, known for aromas of fresh fruit, spice, figs, leather, caramel, and hints of citrus or banana. Rich flavors of dark fruit (figs, cherries, dates), caramel, spice (coriander), leather, and brown sugar, with a smooth, full body. Best served slightly cool in its traditional stemmed goblet to reveal its complexity. Excellent with pâté, duck, wild game, strong cheeses, or enjoyed on its own. Ages well, allowing flavors to develop further over time
Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout
A classic English dark ale known for its silky smooth texture, notes of chocolate and coffee, and bittersweet finish. ABV: 5.0%. Aromas of roasted malt, cocoa, and a hint of coffee. The palate features balanced layers of bittersweet chocolate, toasted oats, and subtle caramel. Best served at about 55°F and pairs well with hearty foods like beef stew or shepherd's pie, and desserts such as chocolate cake or bread pudding.
